As a general practice, I use the FamilySearch collection as the Master Source,
with the county, volume, page, etc. recorded in the Source Detail, although I'm
not particularly consistent.
For that particular database, I have used the template for Marriage Registers,

That is one of the main arguments for having all your research in a
single file.
There is no way to combine charts from different files in Legacy so you
would have to import all the other files into a working copy to create
the Pedigree chart you want.
Since Legacy creates reports based on
I have found a marriage record for one of my relatives on the

I have my families in separate files (Weber for Weber book, McKee for McKee
book, etc.) for ease when printing a book (I include a lot of notes which
makes for many pages in each book). I now would like to print a complete
pedigree for one descendant with all ancestors from each family surname
Thanks for the quick reply Cathy. I had installed the latest version, but went
ahead and reinstalled it as you suggested. The Help Index now appears (proving
that... "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again")

Stan,
Did you install the latest version of Legacy 8? If not, download and
reinstall. The download for the free Standard and the Deluxe edition are
identical. There's no problem with the Help in Windows 10.
If you are still having problems, contact Support. Note they don't work
over weekends
A long time user of Legacy, I (re)installed Version 8 on a newly purchased PC
with Windows 10. When I click on the "Help Index," I get the error message
"Feature not included" ... The Windows Help program is not supported in Windows
10."
Is there a way to resolve this issue?
