Re-spell the first and second part of both names (not the surname) to
correct the birth order listing might correct the listing in a report.

Would having a feature added to the birthdate to indicate the time of birth
solve the problem? There would not be a problem if one twin was born just
before midnight and the other after midnight but I imagine that that is not
a common occurrence in case of twins.

multiple with the same birth date is a bit undefined. I suspect that it
will use the last updated date to sort them but I am not sure.
