was hijacked! Someone, especially Support, should have changed the subject

Suffice to say, there are the list rules of no attachments (which
includes embedding graphics inline).
The rule for no HTML was lifted so it's ok but it's still preferable
to send emails in plain text, not only for security but also to
webpages bad 'netizens'?
