Hello,
I have forgotten the trick to resizing the windows. I know there is a
file to remove, reboot and then things are fine. My beginning window is
stuck in small mode. Nothing I do will make it larger.
Thanks for the help

Click between the x and the - and you can move it, resize, etc.

Are you talking about Aero Snap?
system>multitasking>snap - I have it totally turned off.

I get this message when trying to print a descendant report.*Error

Checking for a remedy for this error I find

Martha, I don't know if this is the file(s) you're asking about but the
following info is from a note I saved from an earlier discussion. I've never
experienced this resize problem so unable to verify this information. Maybe
you will recognize and know if it is the file you're asking about. Good
Thanks Crystal,
But that does not work. There is a file in Legacy that, when removed,
will reset the size of the windows. The problem is not with the Win os,
it is with Legacy.

Martha, here's another suggestion from the Legacy Facebook group.
Try dragging it a little at a time. Resize the window in several small steps
rather all the way in one go.
So sorry you're experiencing this problem. Can imagine how frustrating it
must be.

Try this instead: Place the Legacy window on the upper left corner of
your monitor screen, then put your mouse cursor on the right-hand edge
of the Legacy window to get the double arrow Icon. Now VERY quickly
drag the Icon across the screen to a place near the right hand edge of
the screen
These have been non-operational for a long time. Do we have assurance
someone, somewhere is working on it?

Some ideas.
* It's likely to be a large image so check the file sizes in the
relevant media folders for people who were in this report.
* To see if it's a source image, omit sources or at least source
pictures from the report and see if you get it.
* To see if it's an event image, omit
This is a pain and seems to happen randomly. If we could pinpoint what
causes it, it would be easier to fix. I can go days without it and then
encounter it several times in the same day without any change in what
other programs are running on the computer.
