Will, That you didn't find the place, doesn't mean it isn't there. Assuming you are using a Browser, click on your name at the top on the right. In the drop down menu choose My Purchases. Click on the Active ones (I just have one) and click the link to View details On the Final line I see:

Barton, The download for the free standard version is identical to the paid deluxe version. So you download the free version and then when installing it, enter your customer code. I think you are making the mistake of choosing deluxe on the website. Just choose to download the free version.
