Legacy has a function that allows you to change the order of children. With the family involved open in Family view, right click in the list of children and select Childrens Settings from the drop down menu. Doing so should bring up a screen that has the word ORDER in the lower right-hand corner

I think that the order in which it sorts children when you have multiple with the same birth date is a bit undefined. I suspect that it will use the last updated date to sort them but I am not sure. Certainly, when stepping through them from the bar between the individual and spouse I will
