could develop more robust methods to get
useful values for this field (something like how exiftool derives values for
its "composite" tags), but I've never looked very hard at the exiv2 API, and
don't really want to at this point. ;-)

stortions around within the frame... who knows what else. If somebody wants
to try to maintain that corner of the database, more power to them, but it's
not really the thing I'm personally most likely to spend time banging my head
against. ;)

In that model, k1 and k2 basically correspond to the c and a parameters,
respectively, of the familiar panotools model[1] used by hugin, lensfun, etc...
I mad
ling before the lenscorrection filter to retain more
edge content; I don't know the best way to do that in ffmpeg offhand, though.

ly,
maybe it could only require scipy if that operation is called? This might make
it easier for people who only want to do the other corrections to use the
script.
In any case, thanks for your work!

s-platform software like darktable and
RawTherapee could easily implement a button to check for updates, or an option
to do this periodically, it might be another incentive to adopt the new version?
In any case, thanks for the work up to now! :)

In the commercial sector, I'm also aware of:
On1 Photo Raw
Affinity Photo
ACDSee
Aftershot Pro
Exposure X3 (but you knew that)
