For anything regarding the lens data (as opposed to the Lensfun software 
itself) you should work with the master branch on github. That's also what 
you'll want to look at to make sure you're not duplicating effort, since there 
could be recently added lenses there that haven't made it into any form of 
"package" yet (official release or update). You can open an issue there for 
questions relating to that repository. There isn't a whole lot of monkeypower 
involved currently (I haven't been in a position to do much lately, myself) but 
somebody will hopefully be able to answer questions.

For anything involving the Lensfun software itself, AFAIK this list and 
associated Sourceforge repository are still the place.
