When the weather is warm I love to walk and daydream. That's how many of my best ideas have arisen. I often do mindfulness meditation early in the morning, say 4 or 5 a.m. Several days ago I allowed myself to daydream about recent Leo issues. So many thoughts arose that I brought in post-it
