Hi Joseph, We think that the Digital First Aid Kit (https://www.digitaldefenders.org/digitalfirstaid/) is a pretty good public resource and it includes a section on account hijacking. It is certainly the sort of general resource that people can be sent to when dealing with this type of incident.
