I was compiling libmesh-0.9.4 with the configuration below
./configure --prefix=/opt/libmesh-master --enable-blocked-storage
--enable-triangle --enable-tetgen --enable-parmesh --enable-parmetis
--disable-strict-lgpl --enable-perf
