IIRC the quick starter does not provide any performance benefit
over the built-in caching (SuperFetch) in Windows Vista and later

Okay, what I did meanwhile.
Deinstalled 4.1.6 completely from my Mac.
Installed a fresh copy of LO 4.3.
Checked what happens with my documents and with Input-Field.
