[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 62260] VIEWING: Text direction and missing characters
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62260 --- Comment #13 from Ofir ofirr@gmail.com --- Let's focus on the text direction issue in this bug report. I won't be able to use your workaround for the text direction in my use case. You probably can't reproduce the font issue because you have more fonts installed on your machine. I'm using the portableapps package on a clean windows 7 machine without changing the locale and without installing Office or a PDF reader which might install additional fonts. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 67976] EDITING: LibreOffice Writer does not always point out the error of typing double words.
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=67976 Soumya Boral boralsou...@yahoo.com changed: What|Removed |Added Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED Resolution|--- |FIXED --- Comment #4 from Soumya Boral boralsou...@yahoo.com --- I find out recently that in Tools Options Language Settings English sentence checking there is an option called Word duplication which is turned off by default. If we turn that on, then LibreOffice do points out double words by underlining both words. However I also found that if the letter(s) of two consecutive words differ in case ( for example Have have ) then LibreOffice does not point out this as an error. I think that this is no problem. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 67980] VoiceOver does not inform about misspelled text
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=67980 --- Comment #3 from Boris Dušek m...@dusek.me --- Hello Stuart, thanks for the pointers to LO docs, before I used to google the OOo docs for the same topic :-) w.r.t. misspelled, when debugging other bug I discovered there is a huge load of attributes returned for getDefaultAttributes and getRunAttributes, and I did not find any documentation defining a set of attributes. So if it was the case that the set of attributes is LO specific, or at least LO can supply its own attributes as well, then just passing an attributes informing whether or not the text is misspelled would suffice. But it looks like Atk is doing something to mark text misspelled for LO on Linux et al., so I might just look there and see how it's done. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49742 --- Comment #23 from Scott Drasnin scottdras...@gmail.com --- bug 67820 implies the root cause here may actually be a read error (on load), rather than a write error (on save) [Via testing a programmatically created source file.] However, bug 51066 provides a work-around: save as .xls when viewing a sheet beyond the first two.
