Yes, I've searched the LibreOffice QA pages and not found the answer.

In respect to my question yesterday about finding a JRE suitable for
LibreOffice 3.3 I did eventually discover Oracle's Java archive page
(http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/archive-139210.html). Any idea
which, if any, of those would work? If you look at, say, the page for
SE 1.1 you fin

JRE that's currently installed just fine.)

I suddenly remembered I had an "old" Mac that I've left frozen at Snow
Leopard, 10.6.8. On a whim I wondered if the JRE on that (1.6) would
work with LO 3.3. Lo and behold, it did, or, to be more accurate, LO
3.3 was able to run on that machine and use that JRE. So I'll be able

Thanks, but you don’t need to do anything. The feature I’ve found two bugs
in (labels) requires Java to work. Before I go further and pin down what
details I can I will have to grab the 6.0.2 that just came out. It’s
possible at least one of the two bugs I think I found have been fixed in
that.

In any case, the appropriate quick
fix would be to add a note in the documentation along the lines of
"Doctor it hurts when I do this... Don't do that." Anyway, how do I go
about submitting a suggestion for a change in the Help files?

I've been playing with Tools>Customize... to try to make some changes in
how the keyboard on my mac works with LibreOffice.
(Mostly I wanted to get "delete" to simply delete the contents of a
cell, not bring up the "delete contents" dialogue. I was able to do that.)

Is that how things should be, or is there something broken in the MacOS
builds?

that there have been 6-8
builds of the Linux version, depending on which one you look at, but
only 1 or 2 of the Mac version (those being a week ago now.) In that
same time frame there have also been 3-4 (in the /daily/LibreOffice 6.0

about particularly.

I believe I've discovered a bug (or bugs) in the way LO 6.1 handles the
area fill on bar charts. I did a quick check and it is not present in
the legacy (3.3) version, since the particular feature (coloring with
texture or patterns) isn't present in that version; I haven't looked to
see when i
