Right click on the person, click "Send" then "Send SMS".
If you can't click on "Send SMS" you need to put their phone number in their
user details first (right-click, "Info", put something in the "Cellular"
field.)

I looked into it once, and didn't get very far at all. Problems with
pthreads and many other issues. I thought I had heard someone got at
least the console plugin working, but I can't confirm this. In any
