Rick Herrick did great work for us. We had a major water problem and he was
able to fix it from the inside. The other quotes I got were much higher and
the work would have included ripping up a considerable area of our patio.

I was concerned that the same would happen when Conant Rd. was repaved a
couple of years ago. I don't think it did though. Perhaps it is better to
walk here now because drivers don't have to avoid potholes. It just feels
calmer than before.
Do others who walk on Conant Rd share my observations?

Although I am aware that the most energy efficient way to dry clothes is to
hang them outside, I still would like to replace my old gas dryer. I got it
when I moved to the US in 1998! Does anyone have experience with heat pump
