Hi List Is it possible to start the Quicktime Installer in a specific language? I have downloaded the full Installer from their website in English, but if I run the installer on a Machine with a Danish operating system, it will show the license agreement in Dutch, probably because it is trying

It's probably just the fact that it is 125 Mb. I would bet that if you open it in the QT movie player and scrub the playhead in to say 1/2 the movie it'll take some time before it starts too... Normal behavior. It takes a while for the hard drive to seek that far into the file is all. About all

Incidentally, using DV as an abbreviation for digital video can be confusing. DV is specifically the codec used in DV cameras, and that can make quite a difference to the answer, if the codec was DV. I'm guessing that it's not, and that the key frames are set wide apart. If you go to the

You have to explicitly tell director where the quicktime movies are using 'the moviepath' as a starting point. Keeep in mind that the way paths are shown on the mac are different than on the pc (ie on the mac it's 'HardDrive:film:mymovie.mov' whereas on the pc it would be 'D:\film\mymovie.mov'.

Hallo Jean-Louis, If you use Quicktime Player to get Info you must select *Video Track * (by default it is set to movie) from your options (left hand dropDown menu) and then you can select FrameRate from the right hand dropDown menu. I don't know if you can access this info through Lingo
