by the EBNF. Just don't expect
any tools to use that information for anything.
You could also request expanding the User-Agent definition to include
sub-component information in a structured way. That would probably have
to go through the SIP working group.

I thought this only a Skype problem so I switched to Linphone and I'm having
the exact same problem. I'm using a fresh install of Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit.
I was having same problem with pulse audio so I did a purge of all pulse
audio (just using alsa).Same problem. I am using a Microsoft

will not load/install or run .
Is there anything else I have to do or load first for my Mac Book Pro to accept

The account wizards seem to work, but I would like to be able to add an
account from the Preferences -> SIP Accounts menu.

Just curious, as I have been working with receiving SIP calls to a DID (direct
inward dialing) number, using several different providers, apps, and phones,
with three different operating systems.
How many people on this list have a SIP setup on a mobile phone that works so
well that the
h Linphone as a phone. And it works well. I
am normally not using a wi-fi hotspot, just the normal mobile phone UMTS/LTE
network. wi-fi hotspot only abroad if available.

MAUI? I see Xamarin iOS samples, but I'm not sure if that means it's compatible

a call. I don't want to add the number into my contacts. The client
doesn't seem to allow this, after entering the number in the top box
("Search contact, start a call or a chat...") all it offers is "ADD
