The "-e" test is not portable across UNIX systems. It would be better as

Hi
It seems the two scripts OCF.in and SendArp.in ( under resource/heartbeat ) are
not used now. Am I right? If yes, then it's better to remove them from source
tree or not install them.

So, the right thing to do is write a function - maybe called checkhost()
which looks in /etc/hosts, and if it's not there, then use host as it
originally did.
