please merge this? The driver hasn't changed, so it should go to Linus'

Current implementation defines ccdc memory map in vpfe capture platform

we need to set bus image/data format in vpfe/vpbe drivers of DMxxx.

Hi Mauro,
As mentioned in my email "High prio fixes for 2.6.32: urgent!" I have made a
tree with just the high-prio fixes:
http://www.linuxtv.org/hg/~hverkuil/v4l-dvb-high-prio
It contains these two fixes:
- davinci: remove stray duplicate config pointer
- s2250: Mutex function usage.

Hi Mauro,
Linus just released 2.6.32-rc8 and expects that to be the last rcX. However,
I have still four urgent fixes pending:
- radio-gemtek-pci fix
- davinci patch (duplicate config pointer)
- s2250 mutex patch
- add the missing s2250-loader.h
The first is already in v4l-dvb, but has not yet
The vm_area_struct::vm_ops field became const on 2.6.32. All v4l drivers
have been changed to declare their vm_operations_struct as const, which
introduced warnings when compiling on pre-2.6.32 kernels.
Fix the warnings by not declaring the vm_operations_struct as const on
pre-2.6.32 kernels.
