Bruce,
I use linuxrdac-09.03.0C05.0030 to connect to quite old IBM DS4700 arrays from
Oracle Enterprise Linux 5 on PE2950, PER510 & PER720 servers.
I could not get Linux RDAC to compile against Oracle's Unbreakable Enterprise
Kernel in OEL5 (Kernel 3.) and have been told that there is no
RDAC/M
I quite frequently (ie. 4-5 failures out of 7 attempts) get the following from
my rsync of DSU/DLR:
rsync: failed to connect to linux.dell.com: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(107)
[receiver=2.6.8]
Does anyone else suffer from this as well?

You can get progressive help by tagging “-?” to omreport, ie. “omreport -?”

All,
I have successfully, via kickstart, installed Oracle Linux 6.6 on this server,
however the kernel panics on the subsequent boot from hard drive.
Sadly, I cannot see the full panic due to the implementation of the console via

Adao,
You might be able to do something clever with LVM Mirroring; ie. mirror your
root VG logical volumes to a multipath device, then un-mirror them from the
single-path device.
Not sure what you do with /boot, though, should work to copy the partition..
You’ll need to make
