On one of my systems the keyboard and mouse are attached through the
hub in a Dell 1905FP montior, which does appear to be a powered hub.

Couldn't manage to detect devices attached behind hub (mouse, keyboard,
memory stick) These are working perfectly w/ Win2k and WinXP.
