hmm that didn't seem to work, but up2date might.
manually get the latest up2date rpm for your distro, install it and configure it. You
have to register with redhat, but hey its better than registering

AFAIK rpm 4 is based on libdb-3, the redhat 6 ships by default with libdb-2.
This may be a reason. Look for updates in the order of date of issue.
