How are Maximized windows handled? Do they maximize one screen or both?
Maximizing a window fits it to whichever physical display it is in.
Impress presentations misbehave a bit though. I have to set their
slideshow type to window. If

Tom,
Get your brick out. Usually, the problems discussed here are far over my
head, so I just lurk listen. But this one, I actually can answer.
A quick check of `man mount` reveals this interesting tidbit:

I have to fool with a windows pro 2000 box at work.
I note that there is an option to configure it as a print server for
unix clients. Does that mean that there is a way to get windows to filter
the print job for the printer attached to the windows box with 2000? It
would be nice if windows 2000

Just for fun, I would make this disk the only disk on your machine,
attached to ide0, and see what happens. If it installs on on ide0, you can
leave it there. This lilo.conf works for my lindows box, which I double
boot with XP.
boot=/dev/hda
install=/boot/cboot.b
message = /boot/splash.lilo

I haven't tried moving it yet as Joel suggested. If the BIOS recognizes the
drive, and RH correctly identified it earlier in the startup (hdd Maxtor
etc.) I thought the controller and disk itself was okay. It seemed when it
was checking partition tables (before it was even formatted) there was a
