Hello, a heads up via NomadBSD (a worthy persistent-USB distro) test.
N.B. The new library i5-6core Dells are not quite set up yet for our
live-DVD/USB use. So BYO portable platform to stay in *nix-space work
tonight please.

Hey Andrew
Thanks for this. You'll probably know Bryce from CLUG-of-old who
attended with the same kind of interest in Dec.
Many of us are of the generation who had live stage activity in our
youth, in the 1980s, that got sidelined by one thing or another. Then
the 1990s hit and the digital
Hey Rik,
Sorry I couldn't get to this as work
As a back-stage theatre nerd of old, I'd be interested in how you got on with
this.
I've only had a 'little' play with QLC+.

Hi CLUG & GNUz,
A heads up on a project we will be looking at tonight.

Could you please come around to see me
and to help me to debug the issues I have
with my laptop.
I reinstalled Ubuntu GNU/Linux in an attempt
to get su ... exit online, but I found out
that sudo apt install works
just fine.
My issues are as follows:

Rik did you get my money transfer of $50 so I know it went through

Here is a doozy of a problem for you:
Why is my Windows drive read only? It wasn't this way when
I was playing with it last night.
Here is the clipped output the command df:

Hi Robert, Roger and All,
Thank you, the invite for presentations is a standing one. We've had
just a few, on Linux.conf then arduino a few years back. But the turnout
is small (range 1-8), helps newbies fix stuff and mostly is informal
discussion of open source industry news, distros etc.
Some interesting project topics there Robert, I'd be interested in
coming a few times a year (but doubt I could manage monthly)
Cheers,
Roger

Reminder for ALPS first meeting tonight.
This is reiteration of a previous attempt at Android Linux user
support, at the library venue, that got moved and became generic
cellphone user support / education, then petered out.
We will be temporarily turning an all-in-one PC into an overgrown
