I'd like to use the linux-zigbee stack with a USB dongle supported in
Linux. Is there a widely used USB dongle that works well with this
project?

I am looking in to the Econotag now. The firmware option at purchase
does not matter, does it? It looks like I can get it with the
linux802154-serialdev firmware. Is this easily flashable over the USB
interface?
