Sorry I mistyped it. The error says xmkmf not xmhmf. There's no
Makefile. in xmkmf, but there is a binary config file, but it errors out
not finding a number of different files including core.

could not be opened because it is either not a supported file type or
because the file has been damaged.
All the other people who get this file use Windows and have no trouble
opening the file. I have tried opening the file both with Adobe Reader and
xpdf with no success. HELP!!!
