Fan noise. While I may not have a 2850, I ran 2x 2950 III's for about 4 years, and the fan noise is LOUD, even AFTER the initial bootup. Initial bootup, those things scream like jet engines on full afterburner. Power consumption, hooked up to my kill-a-watt, idle power is around 220-250W,
