I hesitate to prolong a discussion which is less important than many other
things before the WG – but I do think there are better choices than sticking
with a name which is not apt – names are of some importance.

We recently observed that FRR OSPF is sending LS Updates in response to LS
Request packets as multicast packets. This isn't correct and there is little
chance the LSAs are required by other OSPF neighbors unless there are multiple
database exchanges in progress that are at least loosely
