I am running version 5 of LTSP on all three servers. Firefox is both slow at starting up, but more frustrating is that it will keep freezing during browsing then start working after a seconds to a couple of minutes. I am not familiar with top or free commands, but will try them. When I use the

As we start the school year the Internet access has been painfully slow on our 3 LTSP setups (1- Fedora 9, 1 Fedora 11 and 1 Edubuntu 9) Firefox continuously hangs or will not load saying it has already loaded. Everything works fine when only a few users are on but once we reach 10 or more things

As Scott says - more info please. Anyway: 1. 128 MB RAM per TC is not enough in my opinion. 2. Do you have 1GB switch or plain 100MB? 3. Did you try different browser, eg.Opera or Chromium, even just for testing? Regards Jaroslaw
