I am running version 5 of LTSP on all three servers.
Firefox is both slow at starting up, but more frustrating is that it will
keep freezing during browsing then start working after a seconds to a couple
of minutes.
I am not familiar with top or free commands, but will try them.

We are using epiphany a gnome browser, but it misses some
functionality that firefox has.
Would be great if these firefox bugs were sorted out in the future is

1. 128 MB RAM per TC is not enough in my opinion.
2. Do you have 1GB switch or plain 100MB?
3. Did you try different browser, eg.Opera or Chromium, even just for testing?
