Yes, we want to be able to do this at container startup. Ultimately,
this should provide some semblance of udev capability from the host into
the container, but that's further off.

You're right, f19 failed during the download phase. All the others

template on the Raspberry Pi (yet again - pounding head on desk). Right
now, AFAICT, the ARM support for Ubuntu is only for ARM7 and up which
leaves out the RPi (ARM6). Oh well. It never ends.

I've got a rather minimal patch (appended below) to add the support for
mounting and populating a minimal /dev working
place and lxc.hook.mount takes place after the mount.
Problem is, the result of that rsync is not showing up in the mounted
tmpfs file system but is showing up in the underlying parent file system
as if it were run pre-mount. Something not right here...
