I just noticed that LyXRC::getDescription (in which I made some changes
for the visual cursor stuff) is #if-fed out because it's not used.
1. So is there any point in my making changes in it?
2. Should we just get rid of it?
3. Can I add the description as a tooltip, instead?

An example in present CVS: FormSpellchecker.C has tooltips text set for
the suggestions browser, but this is not displayed when the cursor is
in that browser for a while. Any ideas why? Bug or feature?

The problems with the tooltips are simply that Rob is using my
simple code in ways I was envisaging when I wrote it. They can
be overcome pretty easily I believe.
