Hello LyX users.
I'm using LyX 1.6 to lay out a document in memoir class.
I'm having problems with my TOC as follows:
1. The font size of the chapter names is too large. I want to specify
"normalsize."
2. I can't seem to get a leader between the chapter names and page numbers.

In the absence of the official maintainer (Uwe Stöhr) of LyX
Alternate Installer for Windows, I've stepped in and created
'unofficial' installer for LyX version 2.0.0rc3.
As I'm not a LyX developer, I'm not really sure about the quality of
this installer. It worked for me, though.

Yes. This was done intentionally, because these strings are not needed for
most languages. Note that you can readd these translations manually to
lib/layo
