Unable to install MikTex with Lyx 2.0

Hi! I am using Windows 7, and wanted to download and install Lyx 2.0. The problem is that MikTex won't automatically install with the Lyx installer, because of a 404 error. I then downloaded and installed MikTex manually, but I do not know how to tell Lyx how to use it. Any suggestions on the
