Web Server Issues

I am hopeful that the issues with the web server have finally been resolved. It appears that trac was getting overwhelmed by the googlebot, so I've put a robots.txt file into the root of the relevant directory, and things look to be a lot more stable now. I'm still monitoring the situation.
