Hello Martin,
These are the layout files I have. It does look like something may be remiss in what I currently
have working, based on comparisons to what you show.
Thankyou for you guidance.

Since the last shows up in my list of document classes but the first two are listed as unavailable
it seems that somehow "false" needs to be "true"? How?

Hello,
I have been successfully using the AGU plus and AGU ms classes with a little (a lot) of much
appreciated assistance from Martin Vermeer and Angus Leeming. However, it has required some trickery
that includes exporting the lyx document as latex, and running a shell script on the latex
This is what I found from Edit-Reconfigure that seemed vaguely relevant:
+checking for document class agums [article, /home/tgarrett/LyX/STYFILES/agums.
+checking for document class aguplus [jgrga, /home/tgarrett/LyX/STYFILES/aguplu
-obviously my files (not my truncation)

Hi,
Is there anyone who know how to apply a single paragraph alignment elegantly to an entire document,
or better yet everythings that is Standard (i.e. not caption or abstract) in the text body? Doing
things paragraph by paragraph, or a full text selection with the mouse seems unnecessarily

Along the lines of the previous posting from Paul Smith on relabeling theorems, how might one change
References to Publications in the article class? I am using Bibtex generated references.
\renewbibliography doesn't appear to be analogous to \renewtheorem
Thanks

Hello all.
Hoping someone can help with this.
With some kind help from Martin Vermeer, I have successfully managed to install my favorite
journal's sty cls and bst files, combined with a .layout file previously developed. This is all
great, and it works pretty much beautifully, except for one

Hello,
Hoping someone can help with this. The scientific
journal Nature has its own peculiar citation style for
submissions. Being a latex novice, I am trying to make
this work with lyx, but without a lot of luck.
To make a citation number superscript the archive
suggests putting in the preamble
