Salve, LyX user, I'm having some troubles with accentued letters, becouse they are not displayed in Lyx nor in .ps or .dvi output. I'm currently using now FC3 and I thought those problems might be related with broken qt package. So, I downloaded qt stuff from kde- redhat.sf.net
