Hi @ all The way your bibliography is formatted and sorted is controlled by the bibliographystyle. You can choose it from the Insert--List--Bibliography dialog box. I suppose you are talking about BiBTeX? I have inserted my references (there are a lots of them) just using the LyX Bibliography
