The problem is, that I cannot install this package correctly, because I do not have access to the latex installation. So I could not do step 4 of the installation procedure. 4. Move the files to their destination. The filesare and are needed by *.tfm

\usepackage{bbm} in the preamble, I couldnt find this package. I have only found sbbm.sty then you can use \mathbbm{R}, \mathbbm{N}, with sbbm.sty there is a command \mathbb{}, but when I use this with R then I get a normal R and not with two lines at the left side (as I would have
