I have the same problem. Text and equations (displayed, starting with \begin) are running together in line within one paragraph, sometimes several such equations. This makes the export file very difficult to read by my 'Latex' coauthors, so I have to insert new lines by hand to have equations

JanR, A friend of mine who is a computer whiz wrote a script for reformatting the Latex file. I haven't tried it yet, but I expect it will work fine. I use a Mac, and I think the script works using the underlying Unix. I am pretty sure the same can be done on a pc since the Latex file
