Actually in my last email I had a syntax error in the as script. It should be: #!/bin/sh /usr/bin/as -oldas $* This does correct the problems with my last point about the Invalid stabs/stabn directives. I had some additional touching to do in sigc++/macros after that: object.h.m4 marshal.h.m4

This is driving me mad. I take a look at the postscript preview of a paper I am writing and it looks great except for ONE line for which the formatting is messed up. The text on this one line extends beyond the allowed margin. This mis-formatting will actually shift to another nearby line if
