Dear LyX-listers, Is there a way (in LyX-Aqua) to save windowing preferences (so that, for example, when I start LyX the main window is on the left of the screen and the size I like it, the math panel is in the place I like it, etc.)? Thanks, Richard

Simple solution for non-bitmapped Cyrillic fonts

For default non-bitmapped Latin and Cyrillic fonts, just install the cm-super package from CTAN. For Mac, Gerben Wierda's i-installer will do this for you automatically - just select the cm-super package (around 50MB), install, reconfigure LyX and enjoy vector font Cyrillic etc.
