Why would one ever use pdf2pdf?
Lualatex (pdf5) generates proper PDF.
I haven't encountered the italic issue, but if I can verify it I will take it

You are welcome.
I like to leave the default page sizes as determined by LaTeX (in my case A4)
and I only mess with the margins very little (using DIV in Komascript), unless
I have really special cases.
That way Portrait and Landscape work very well, by just clicking the switch.

Now what you also can do to cooperate, is to use SVN (see Additional

thank you.
My smaller ones usually go through, but one complex one doesn't.
I am actually rewriting it, because that is less work than tracing the issues
manually :-)-O and because the new way is easier, anyway.

To me "file not found" looks quite clear, you must install the
corresponding font in LaTeX.

I would do this totally different, and use SQL-Ledger.
But then I run my practice, 4 little companies, and my colleague's
consulting business with time sheets and all on it.

Dragon Dictate does not work very well with LyX. I had to dictate into
AlphaX and import from there into LyX.

My MacMinis at the practice and at home each have Time Machine

My MacBookAir talks to the one at home with Unison, anytime I open

Similar mechanisms exist for Windoze and Linux.

Interesting that you are familiar with the download speeds of places say
in Namibia. If download was the issue, buy the DVD.
It not trims a Tex installation, it trims the whole lot.
