Hi,
for a KOMA book I have created both a list of figures and a subject index. However, I would like to add an introductory text to the subject index, immediately after the heading.
Where and how should I place this introductory text in the LYX file?

You need to add them yourself using LaTeX (i.e, the ERT box). There are

Hi everyone!
I noticed that I can't use the options for editing text in individual
citations in the Lyx citation manager using biblatex.
It is described here https://wiki.lyx.org/LyX/NewInLyX23#biblatex.
I do not get any of the individual "text before" or "text after"

Use a standard paragraph and indent it, e.g. via the Tab key.

Sorry for the spam. I thought of a better way to search this
Colleagues,
Does anyone know how to achieve multi-paragraph descriptions as noted here:
https://www.contextgarden.net/Description#LaTeX_2. Newlines do not give
the desired behavior.
I've tried using a frameless box to encapsulate the text, and that doesn't
achieve the effect. I can do

I'm not so sure about that. Should we see italics on the screen even without
having them installed as a part
bout that. Should we see italics on the screen even without
having them installed as a part of the font series?

Dear Lyx Users,
I remember having worked with a version of LyX in which the bold text did
appear as bold when typing. In my current version (2.3.1), this is no more the
case.
Is that possible to set LyX to put the text in bold and italic in when typing
it ?
Thank you very much in advance
Hello,
I run Lyx 2.3.1 on Mac OS 10.14.3.
Thanks

Yes, I confirm that this fixes the problem:

Thanks. I think I have narrowed down the problem to "Default output set to "
with "PDF (XeTeX)" in
