only one remark: if you are able to get it with wget than try wget http://www.perce.de/lyx/LyXTips.tgz anyway, there is also a zip version http://www.perce.de/lyx/LyXTips.zip let me know if you want to use it more often, than I'll update it together with the tgz version.
