can you tell us (a) what the entry in the relevant preference item (File Formats, DVI) currently says; and (b) where yap actually is? In particular, if it's in something like Program Files (with a space) then you may have to quote the full path, something like c:/program

Dear list I have installed Ruurd's port for lyx (qt) on a number of windows based machines and have arrived at a number of different problems (strangely not all problems shared by all computers). None of the problems are life threatening but perhaps someone can come up with some explanations as
