Hey G. and Leandro! Thank to both of you - your tips helped. At least I already new about the bibtex styles that can be set, but it didn't work out. The problem obvisouly was that the bibtex style that I have set via the LyX properties dialog (e.g. abbrvnat) was overwritten by an ERT command
