Richard and Paul,
Thank you for this discussion and the
detailed reporting.
Have been thinking about wrapping, without actually doing anything.
Now I know what to do.

Second, you have the image at the start of the paragraph. I cannot find
any way to trigger wrapping there (which may just be my lack of
familiarity with the finer points of wrapfig). If I put it somewhere

Your attached test document loads a missing figure and (in the preamble)
uses some pretty non-standard fonts. A more generic example would help.

Do I have to use it in an ERT in the chapter/section I want it in?
\usepackage{wrapfig}[12]{r}[34pt]{5cm}{pictobeused.jpg}
Doesn't work in ERT
So how might one use it?
Thanks in advance,
Charlie
You have to do nothing, just use the menu: Insert -> Float -> Figure
Do I have to use it in an ERT in the chapter/section I want it in?

Cheers, all,This is an almost purely theoretical question, so feel free to
ignore. In my preamble, I have a command to change the font for figures and
tables. It works fine on "regular" floats (the captions are of smaller font and
single-spaced, whereas the regular text is double-spaced).

Hello,
I have a problem using floatflt and wrapfig. Both seem to be installed, I have
a /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc/wrapfig.sty, but it is not present in the
configure output, which you can see at the bottom of this message.
I am Running Mandrake 9.0 with tetex 1.0.7-61 and Lyx 1.2.1-2 and I
