Hi, I would like the same footnote (affiliation) in two places (authors), but I don't know how to get lyx to do it. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

Hi, A certain journal requires the references to be included as bibitems in the same latex file as the entire article. What do I do if I already have these references in a bibtex file? Is there a way to translate entries from a bibtex file to a specific format and then reinclude them as items
