I'm preparing one book with LyX and would like to have glossary besides
regular index.
I have LateX Companion but it is not 100% clear to me how to achieve it.
Does anyone has some advice in getting glossary with LyX?
How about glossary environment?

I use book style for producing one book.
I have parts chapters in the book, using two side option, but LyX does
not put empty pages to have beginnings of chapter on odd pages.
What's wrong?
Also, in TOC there are no dotted lines (chapter title to page number)
although (as I understand) it is

as a modifier to act as a dead key allowing me to enter some diacritics
for sanskrit characters.

document and I had to use 2side option in graphics package, but I think
that is is now fixed in LyX.

There is some strange behaviour in my keyboard. I cannot select text
(arrows keys + shift), move cursor left or right (with Ctrl + arrows),

Sanskrit diacritics in the text.
In the past I setup LyX to enter Sanskrit diacritics via dead-keys
mechanism.
I know there ware some issues in between (LyX didn't work with latin-2
characters).
